Help
The Main screen is the front-page of your control panel. If you have multiple phones you will be able to see them all plotted on the map and listed in the table. Simply click on either the phones location icon or the name of the phone and you will be presented with your phones settings and reports. You can also use the Main view to add a new phone.
If you would like to add a new phone to your control panel please use the "Add phone" button. You will then be given instructions to download the Mobile Sentry application. Once the application has been installed and you have successfully entered your email and password into the application you should return to the Main page where you will be able to enter your licence key or use the free limited functionality. Please refer to our installation instructions or raise a support ticket if you have any problems.
Pending - wait for first phone sync.
Active - phone is working.
Active, premium - phone has been successfully upgraded to our full version.
Active, free - Mobile Sentry features are restricted.
This shows the date of the phones last sync with your control panel, is you see the warning "WARNING: Outdated Sync!" this means that the website has detected that your phone has not synchronised recently. This could either mean that the phone is switched off, or out of signal. However it may also mean that the application has been removed from the phone.
You can use the delete button to remove unwanted phones from your account, please be warned that deleted phone records will be unrecoverable.
When you first register a new phone on the website your phone will automatically be placed in an "active, free" status. If you already have a licence key or would like to use the complete set of Mobile Sentry features please click "upgrade" to enter your licence key or purchase a new key.
